Hadde et flott opphold. Det var en nydelig leilighet akkuratt som beskrevet og det så ut som på bildene. Jeg var på besøk under lavsesong og det var veldig rolig og ikke så mye aktivitet i fellesområdene. De gangene jeg brukte bassenget hadde jeg hele området for meg selv så det var veldig behagelig. Leiligheten passer nok best for de som ønsker litt roligere omgivelser enn de store resortene med flere hundre rom. Beliggenheten er også god. Ca 15 minutter å gå til Nai Harn Beach og 5 minutter med grab til «Rawai Sentrum» ved vannet. Det er også mange restauranter og barer i nærheten og man trenger ikke gå langt for å finne frokost/middag. Tusen takk for et flott opphold!

Думаю это самое лучшее жилье в котором я был! После недели отдыха в Патонге, решили отдохнуть в тишине и выбор пал на Раваи. Нам очень повезло оказаться одними из первых жильцов этой виллы. Вилла просто огромная, есть всё необходимое, все чистое, новое! В пешей доступности 7/11. Хозяева очень отзывчивые люди. В целом если писать все плюсы то мне не хватит слов описать свои эмоции, а минусов просто нет! Теперь будем отдыхать только здесь, обязательно вернемся!

I absolutely loved the 12 days I spent here. The apartment feels fresh, modern, and very stylish. It’s well-equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, and the furniture is of great quality. One of the highlights is the spacious balcony, which offers a beautiful and peaceful view. Despite ongoing construction on the other side of the building, you don’t hear any noise inside the apartment, which makes it very relaxing. The building itself is excellent and shares facilities with a hotel, so guests can enjoy amenities like the hotel’s restaurant and bar, which is a great bonus. The location is fantastic — you can even see the sea from the balcony, and it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. It feels like you’re surrounded by nature, almost like staying in a forest, yet you’re still just 5–10 minutes by car or bike from Laguna, Boat Avenue, and lively streets filled with restaurants and shops

Good place to stay. We can go to bangtao beach by walk where beach restaurants and beach club. We can go boat avenue by car in short time. （probably, we can go by walk. but I don't recommend） The condo is sorounded by beautiful pools, and has coworking and onsen. Host's response is quick. We spend 2 weeks' satisfied bangtao life here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement comporte deux chambres et une salle de bain communiquante. Un salon spacieux et une cuisine équipée. La balcon donne sur la piscine ce qui nous a permis de nous réfugier le soir à l’écart de la grande route de Rawai. L’appartement est située dans une résidence très bien sécurisée, calme et un accès à la piscine. À 2 min à pieds des long tail pour des excursions. Quant à l’hôte, nous avons été accueillie par une dame extrêmement gentille et souriante, qui s’est tenue à disposition avant et pendant le séjour. Nous la remercions chaleureusement :)

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Balkon und kleiner Kochnische. Das Bett war gemütlich jedoch die Küche etwas klein und das Badezimmer sehr feucht da die Duschtür nicht richtig geschlossen hat. Man konnte den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon sehen. Der Check In/Out war sehr einfach dank Nin, da sie sogar bis 22 Uhr beim Check In auf uns wartete. Das Gebäude an sich ist nicht besonders schön. Der Pool hat keine Liegefläche und das was ein "Fitnessraum" sein soll ist ein Witz. Die Lage ist schön zentral, nah am Nai Harn Beach. Man hat zwei 7/11 in der Nähe und einige Cafes sowie eine Apotheke. Insgesamt empfanden wir den Preis als etwas zu teuer.

Very good stay, nice surroundings. Pool is only very cold because there is no sun on this side. De bathroom, there was something with it. Needed to wait for check in a little longer. Bathroom wasn’t clean. After I communicated there was somebody send who cleaned it a little but not great. (didn’t say anything after about it) Overal experience 9/10

I stayed in complex before but in another unit. That was booked so I got this one. The property is well maintained, quiet and with friendly vacationers sunbathing about. The pool is very clean and relaxing. The unit had everything you needed, fairly clean and spacious however the bed was pretty hard and the pillows high so it was hard to sleep on, we slept on the couch two of the nights. The water pressure was also quite low almost non-existent, we showered in the pool shower with our swim suits since our bathroom was a hit or miss in water pressure. We made do. Overall, a decent booking, I would still recommend due to the pool, location and space of the unit. Plus AC and fans worked well. Thank you for hosting us.

Провели в данном жилом комплексе, 3 недели отпуска. Описание квартиры, полностью соответствует действительности. Очень понравилась территория ЖК, ухоженная, охраняемая, удобная парковка, тихое расположение, бассейны. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, оперативно реагировали и помогали с решением всех возникающих вопросов. Отдельное спасибо за организацию трансфера от аэропорта до апартаментов. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз, на более длительный срок. Спасибо!

Жилье не плохое, соответствует описанию и имеет хороший вид из окна,Хозяин и/или менеджер -в целом приятные в общении люди, все время были на связи . Из минусов: -в апартаментах есть диван он маленький но для нашего ребенка подошел однако они взимают доп плату за дополнительное белье и все бы ничего но это ужасное белое и мне было бы стыдно брать за это деньги плюс это всего лишь простынь и наволочка ; -берут деньги за свет(хотя говорят есть какой то лимит сверх которого ты оплатишь использование света но они нигде не указывают какая норма использования света включена в стоимость -будьте внимательны с депозитом которые они требуют-в моем случае изначально дали очень старое полотенце затертое до дыр и в конце пытались удержать с меня стоимость нового полотенца , благо я не оставлял им депозит , вообще думаю они нарушают условия аренды в приложении потому что arnbnb позиционирует что все сборы включены в конечную стоимость но это не мешает ребятам брать доп платежи

Аппартаменты удобные, все есть для приготовления еды, полностью оборудованная кухня, ничего из посуды не покупали. Хороший холодильник и даже мыло, шампуни, гель для душа как в отеле. Было достаточно количество полотенец на четверых больших и маленьких. Дети спали на одной кровати, но в номере также есть еще и удобная большая раскладушка, два туалета, много места для хранения вещей, большой красивый обеденный стол для еды. Балкон выходит на сторону с детским бассейном - дети самостоятельно купались и было удобно наблюдать за ними. Можно бронировать на ресепшене бесплатно сауну и хамам на час в сутки. В другом корпусе кондо есть бассейн для взрослых. Если возникают какие-то вопросы по номеру, то всё быстро решается. Рядом два 7/11, lotus , бургеры. Красивый пляж Раваи с лодочками очень рядом. Вода в душе переменчивая, может литься тёплая и потом резко холодная.

We really enjoyed this apartment! The high ceilings make it feel extra spacious. The balcony was lovely, with entry to a pool that’s only accessible by that section of the ground floor, and we hardy saw anyone using it. Good internet, host was very responsive, delivery is easy. It’s in a great building with an all-day breakfast place that serves until 5. The gym is between 2 other pools, it’s a very beautiful setting!

Начну с того что заселение начинается с 15:00, но договорился на 13:00. Но в связи с пробками на дороге из аэропорта опоздал на 1 час, тайка Нин дождалась и встретила меня. Выселение было в 7:00 утра. Нин пришла четко ко времени, осмотрела квартиру и вернула депозит. Квартира чистая и для проживания все есть: много разной посуды, стиральная машина утюг. Локация отеля на 5+. Рядом лучший пляж Пхукета Най-Харн. На фотографии деревянные элементы выглядят красиво, а на самом деле все потерто как кухонная разделочная доска (можно было бы все это дело отполировать либо лаком покрыть). Так же мерцал экран у телевизора, но я его не смотрел. В ванной комнате раковина отвалилась, точнее отошла от стены на пару сантиметров. Несмотря на это крепко держалась. Из минусов возле бассейна отсутствовали лежаки.

Все прошло отлично! Апартаменты были просторными, тихими, с несколькими бассейнами на территории, а так же сауной. Расположение тоже было отличным, очень рядом со всей возможной инфраструктурой. Всем рекомендую!

Apartment is as it looks in photos. location is close to Naiharn beach. Best coffee in the area - liberica, a couple minutes by scooter. Boost, Canelle - other great cafes nearby. georgian restaurant is in the complex. everything you need is close. Host is a kind person.

было грязное постельное белье и с дырами, но персонал его поменял потом. 2 раза порезались об скол в ванной на стекле. телевизор прямо под кондиционером плохое решение, он наполовину перегорел, потому что с кондиционера капало на него. повесили пакет на телевизор. раковина в ванной была грязная, но персонал её тоже помыл.

Люблю оставаться в этом комплексе и считаю его «Жемчужиной» Равай (или Розой, кто как понимает😄), все квартиры здесь стильные и классные, и друг от друга существенно не отличаются, кроме цвета стен и вида из окна — пальма или корпус напротив. Но у этой квартиры есть собственный выход к бассейну «для первого этажа» и это огромное преимущество над другими квартирами. Как на вилле, только вдвое дешевле. Рекомендую пожить! 🤙🏼

Our stay at Irina’s property was fabulous. Everything about the villa, it’s surrounding, the location was just amazing. The villa is located in a closed, guarded compound which made us feel extremely safe. The complex is well maintained, serviced daily hence everything is clean. The villa has three fabulous Bedrooms which are spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and personally being someone with Neck and Back issues, I slept very well as the Mattress was firm and almost new. The pool is right sized, clean and well maintained. A care taker came during our stay to maintain the garden and the pool which was an evidence that there is regular maintenance being done. The location of the complex is amazing. Lots of restaurants and grocery shops near by even at a walking distance. If you are looking for a private, family friendly or even a small group friendly property to stay at, look no further. Irina, Elena and Lin are a fantastic team and you will feel like home.

The hosts were so so lovely, we locked ourselves out late one night and they called a locksmith and we were back in the apartment within the hour. The apartment is great, really no complaints - just the building/area is full of unfriendly Russians so keep that in mind but the locals are literally amazing and made our stay the amazing experience it was. We extended our stay in the apartment a few times because we didn’t want to leave!

Alt i alt et dejligt område at bo i, alt er tæt på. Lejligheden er rummelig. Kan klart anbefales. Det jeg ikke kunne lide var at jeg ikke selv kunne se el måleren men fik oplyst hvad den var da jeg ankom og da jeg skulle gå. Sengen er gammel og skal skiftes ud, egner sig ikke til to personer da hver bevægelse kan mærkes. I opslaget står der at der er 2 senge, da jeg spurgte indtil den anden seng fik jeg af vide jeg skulle betale for at få den gjort klar med dyner og betræk. Der ligger en som er klappet sammen som jeg selv fik gjort i stand. Aircondition blæser direkte mod sengen.

It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in an unbeatable location—right in the heart of Nai Harn and just a short walk to Nai Harn Beach. The five-star location made everything so convenient. The hosts were absolutely brilliant with their communication—super responsive, often replying within two to five minutes, and always helpful with anything I needed. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

Irina’s place was awesome! Very well located, only 3 minutes from the beach. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The apartment was very well equipped, quiet, clean and spacious. The communication was easy and fast. I will definitely choose again if I will be in Phuket again.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights and were very pleased with our experience. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and furnished with everything necessary: a large bed, two big TVs, a washing machine, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge, stovetop, and microwave with a grill function. Check-in went smoothly, and we were even allowed an early check-in. Upon arrival, we found complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The building offers parking, three swimming pools, a small gym, and a steam sauna. It’s a quiet place, mostly occupied by couples and families with children. The grounds are well-maintained and secure, with regular pool cleaning. There’s also a water vending machine near the entrance: 5 liters for 4 baht. It’s worth noting that electricity is charged separately; for our 9-night stay, we paid about 470 baht. A deposit is also required but is fully refunded upon check-out.

Ficamos eu e uma amiga no apartamento, que é ideal para 1 ou 2 pessoas. Pros: apartamento é bem equipado, tem uma ótima wifi (eu estava trabalhando), uma cama ótima e espaçosa, TV Smart, 2 jogos de toalha pra cada; a cozinha já tinha sal, óleo e detergente; os vizinhos são silenciosos, não tivemos problemas com barulho alto durante toda a estadia; pelo app grab consegue pedir entrega de vários restaurantes; é perto da praia, massagens, salões, mercadinhos, etc. Contra (problemas reparáveis): bastante formiga, tivemos que deixar quase tudo dentro da geladeira; a descarga as vezes travava, vazando mais água que o normal; o chuveiro por mais que você tome cuidado acaba molhando bastante o banheiro, mas tem um ralo que ajuda, o bom seria um box protejendo para que a água não vaze, ao invés da cortina de plástico. Boa localização, tem um morro leve para subir, bem tranquilo. O prédio tem uma boa piscina e uma academia bem pequena, poderia ser mais bem equipada.

Outstanding holiday home with awesome views on the top floor. I actually extended my stay to 2 months. Previous guest comments warned about many dogs in an adjacent property, these have been removed so it is exceptionally quiet. And ants, there are only ants if you leave food scraps in the bin. Tip - put your food scraps in a plastic bag, store in freezer and take to bin next day.... no ants! The location is perfect for a 10-15 minute walk to Nai Harn lake and beach. The swimming pools are refreshing and regularly cleaned. And as for the apartment itself, it is immaculate. The cleaning staff are exceptionally good at their work refreshing the apartment on a weekly basis. And finally the hosts are very responsive, professional and work hard to make your holiday experience the best possible. Thank you to Irina and Elena. Hope to see you again!

The apartment was mostly great, clean, and comfortable. View is cool. There was a slight smell from the bathroom, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a pleasant stay with everything else being as expected! Be ready for deposit 200$ and ⚡️ electricity(4-5$ for 1week)

Лёгкое самостоятельное заселение, хорошо оборудованная кухня, удобные кровать и диван, телевизор, сейф, тихий кондиционер. С балкона шикарный вид на море, город и горы. Хозяева Ирина и Елена всегда были отзывчивы и готовы помочь. До моря примерно 1 километр по оживленной улице с магазинами, кафе и фруктовыми лавками. Небольшой подъем в горку воспринимали как тренировку. Благодарим хозяев за прекрасно организованный отдых.

Плесень на стенах - видимо, долго стояла без проветривания. Нет пододеяльников на одеяла, огромные подушки. Пришлось покупать туалетную бумагу. Нет мелочей, которая обычно в любом доме есть - соль, масло и т.п.

Плюсы: - отличное расположение, большой супермаркет через дорогу, до моря 25 мн. пешком, рестораны на любой вкус и бюджет - красивый вид из окна на горы - в апартах есть все необходимое для жизни: фен, полотенца, постельное белье, посуда, плита, стиралка и тд - хороший интернет - мощные кондиционеры - отзывчивая хозяйка, сразу помогла с возникшими вопросами. Минусы: - при заезде был ужасный запах, видимо квартира была долго закрыта. Проветрить непросто, запах вьелся даже в мебель. Первую ночь даже не смогли спать от этого, пришлось в итоге отдавать все белье, подушки, все что можно вынести в химчиску. Хозяйка в этом помогла, вопросов нет. - Матрас старый, с пружинами, местами проваленый. Такой же диван. Жили месяц, потому все прелести почувствовали на собственной спине. - Требуется косметический ремонт и замена мебели, иначе идет сильное несоответствие цена/качество.

Irinas apartment is located within a residential condo, which seems to be permanent home to many russians. It’s a chill, relaxed and quite house. Clean pool, clean facility. Easy to get around. Tops and 7/11 in walking distance. I would consider booking the same place for the same price again.

Really beautiful apartment, exactly like the photos. it's situated in a quiet but great location. the apartment was brand new (the entire complex seems to be brand new) and is absolutely spotless, perfect facilities in the apartment, everything we needed. the couch bed is also extremely comfortable..which we were worried about. Irina was a fantasic host, very responsive, and very helpful. thank you so much for a gorgeous stay in Phuket!

Отличные апартаменты в районе пляжа Карон. Укомплектованы всем необходимым для проживания. Из посуды и техники есть всё необходимое, есть кофемашина капельного типа (для нас это было плюсом, любим кофе. К тому же взяли с собой пачку молотого кофе, в местных магазинах нет зерногового и молоткового кофе, мы не нашли, только гранулированный и пакеты 3 в 1). Шикарный панорамный вид, из которого можно любоваться закатами на Кароне. Большая парковка для автотранспорта. До пляжа 5-7 минут ( так же можно пройти на пляж через территорию отеля Movenpick), рестораны и магазины в пешей доступности. Сзади за территорией Condo можно прогуляться и дойти до смотровой площадки.

Place is accurate as the photos, very clean and organised, has everything you need specially if you cook at home. Seaview font face of the building on the 6th Floor. Host was available at the time we organised for checking and check out. Highly recommended.

Все соответствует фотографиям, приехав увидели именно, то что и ожидали. Из плюсов: Удачное расположение корпуса почти не слышно шума с дороги; Наличие в шаговой доступности магазинов, обменников и кафешек; Хороший бассейн; До моря пешком с ребенком 8 минут. Из минусов: Не очень удобный диван в гостинной и неудобные подушки.

Для бюджетного жилья, более чем хорошо. Тихо, спокойно, до моря пешочком минут 5-7. Магазины и кафе в шаговой доступности. Бассейн чистый. Из минусов постельное бельё - видно что чистое, даже проглаженное, но с какими то неотстирываемыми пятнами и посуды для готовки нам было чуточку маловато, ещё одна сковорода не помешала бы точно. Но мы были с малышами и готовили дома постоянно. А так, всё понравилось. Расположение, территория, инфраструктура.
